Yep, I am a fan of this place. I brought a couple of colleagues to this place too and it was our consensus that they serve up some of the best and most generous portions. It’s not just volume that’s attractive, the food is really good. Try the steak and eggs. The steaks here are the real deal. Enjoy.

What can I say I have lived here all my life and sometimes you just feel like eating at the Corn! Great pie and coffee specials and I love their breakfasts – chili verde is amazing! Its worth the stop for good home cooking. Nothing fancy but still good.

Service was good, but steak was tough. Happy hour is a bad time to go. Table next to us waited 50 minutes for food.

Sunday, July 26, 156pm. I wanted to give a nice shout out to all the staff working today! Outstanding customer service!!! I was consistently checked on, my water was refilled 3 times, all the girls were very friendly, and food came out great! Every time I come to Cornucopia for breakfast, I always order the exact same thing! The Ultimate Breakfast Burrito with country potatoes, because it is sooooo freakin delicious. It has to be the BEST Breakfast Burrito I have ever tasted. I wasn’t planning on coming to eat here today, but the new Greek restaurant I wanted to dine at was Closed. Cornucopia is down the street from Feather River Blvd and I know they are open everyday 24 hours. It turned out to be a great decision and for once, I actually ordered something different on the menu. I ended up ordering the Eggs Benedict breakfast. My nice server Amber, asked me if I had ever tried the Loaded hashbrowns. Since it seemed like a great recommendation, I tried them instead of the country potatoes. The Eggs Benedict were great, it came with A LOT of Hollandaise sauce and that is how I like it covered all over. The poached egg and ham on top of the muffin tasted very good, it was not salty at all. You can add salt and pepper of course, but I was fine without it. The Loaded hashbrowns come mixed with chopped up ham, cheese, sour cream and chives. They were very crispy, and I really liked them! What a great combination together. It also came with a cup of Fresh Fruits, which was very refreshing to have at the end of my meal. My total was only $ 11.27, such a great low price for a lot of food. I was too full to order a slice of pie, they always ask you if you want dessert here and they have so many different pies to choose from. Maybe next time, would be nice to just have a cup of coffee and slice of pie, instead of ordering food. I asked about their Monday Special. You can order Broasted Chicken 4 piece plate with 2 drinks, and get a second Broasted Chicken meal Free! Sounds like a great deal. Overall, had a great dining experience today and my previous visits have been great as well. Definitely coming back… I have always been able to find parking. They have have booths and table/chairs for seating and you can also sit at the counter. They do have TV’s if you sit at the counter which also faces the kitchen. The times I used the restroom, it has been clean. It also looks like there is a separate dining room for large parties or special group meetings. I notice a lot of local elderly people eat here, but I am sure many families with kids come in too. They have an awesome Take out menu. I am sure lots of people order To Go and there is a Motel 6 very close to the restaurant. The good thing is they are open 24⁄7 Everyday! Plenty of parking in back of restaurant and front/side, looks like there is overflow across the street.

Buyer Beware! I have eaten breakfast here for many years. Coffee is dishwater, but this purveyor serves the same swill in all their establishments, eg Blueberry Twist(yuck). However, if you order the French Roast Coffee it is pretty good, so I continued to go. Now I have stopped. The owners in some strange protest of the cost of eggs is charging a 35 cent surcharge on all meals that include eggs. They placed stickers on their menus, most of which are now removed. Today, I had breakfast, no sticker on the menu so I assumed the owners had regained their sanity, but when the bill came there was 35 cents added which was not described, when I inquired the waiter stated that this was the egg surcharge! The manager credited my bill and was pleasant, but this restaurant should simply put their price on the menu and protest their costs elsewhere. I will not be back. You should insist they charge what the menu says.

Had a very nice lunch here today. Good food and great service. Too bad some hillbilly woman thought it was ok to bring 2 fucking dogs into the restaurant. Definitely NOT Service dogs. Barked the whole time. Ruined our whole experience.

This place was delicious! My buddy and I ate here at 5am this morning! Fresh farmer brothers coffee(my favorite) !! Excellent menu options!-food tasted great! Really good customer service! This place is well lit up on the inside, I was seated quickly! Employees were cleaning while I was there, which is always nice to see! Two meals, two coffees for $ 13 !! Legit!

Been here three times in the last week. I love their build-a-meal deal. $ 8.492−5pm. Their steak is surprisingly very good. The service earned the additional star from the previous review. They are very accommodating to my special diet needs.

So… my husband & I had went in for dinner. I had ordered a salad(that looked horrible & tasted worse than it looked) & a chicken strip dinner… You guys, I was SOEXCITED for my strips after that horrible salad… My chicken strips were DISGUSTING! They,(I kid you not) tasted like they came from a squeazy tube! :(The texture of the chicken was awful. They almost tasted like fish. When I had asked(politely) if my order had maybe been fish instead of chicken, I was rudely assured it wasn’t! My husband had ordered a chili burger, that tasted freezer burned. It looked awesome, but tasted awful. :(I am so sad! I loved this place before. However, their pies are really amazing. We ordered a German Chocolate pie. It was to die for! Will be back for pie.

I asked my son where he wanted to go for his birthday lunch and he chose Cornucopia. The location was clean, the staff friendly and everyone made sure our drinks were full. The food was excellent and I left full and satisfied, but let’s discuss price… TOTALLY affordable we were out of there for just under $ 20

We usually go in groups to dine there, this place is good if you have a lot of people. They are always busy no matter what time it is. I recommend this place to anyone who’s simply looking for a good place to eat. Don’t forget to try their monster burger!

I’ve been coming to this spot for over 16 yrs. my friends and I used to stop here after football games when I was in high school for chicken strips, fries, & mud pie(over a decade ago lol). The food overall is pretty good. Great burgers, sandwiches, & breakfast food. My family and I go here about once a month & usually leave happy. Also, their pies are awesome & I believe under $ 10 for a whole pie :)

Its opened 24 hours, and they have the best pie in all of Butte County(unless your grandmother lives here, then you can disagree). A wide variety of fruit and cream pies. A lot of other locally owned diners in Oroville buy their pies from The Corn. The food is OK at best. This isn’t the place in Oroville that I’d choose when I’m looking to satisfy my Greasy Spoon appetite. But I do come here for the Pie. I actually was here last weekend and ate around breakfast time. It was before the Sunday Church crowds come rolling in, but there was still a moderate flow of people and our service was just fine(party of 4), they were responsive, kept our waters, sodas, and coffees filled all the time. I’m not a breakfast person so I ordered a BLT. It was about what you’d expect from a resturant BLT, overpriced and average sandwhich. My boyfriend had the Club sandwhich, and the other two we were with ordered breakfast meals which they seemed to be satisfied with. Service is almost always a hit or miss(mostly a miss). I’d say that there is one server who does good(that’s who I had on Sunday). She has short hair in an A frame and looks like she takes care of her appearace better than the other servers. Yes, I know how sad that sounds. She’s been there awhile, atleast long enough to where I remember seeing her before. I think they have a big turnover rate of employees there because I hardly ever have some one serve me who’s served me once before. I’ve had flat out rude waitresses and some that are just disrespectful. I mean, come on, a typical order for me goes two coffees, two pies, and two waters, what’s there to be rude about? The Kitchen staff(if you get a look at them) looks like they currently are, or use to be tweakers, or currently are or use to be on Parole. The décor is nothing to write home to mother about. It looks old, outdated and sort of like it needs a steam bath from top to bottom. If I had to guess, I’d say that they haven’t updated, changed, or scrubbed their dinning room since 1982. Gross I know, but again, I go in for a cheap slice of pie and get out!
