Established in 2010.

Located in Northern Oakland County. Bat Removal and Prevention was found by Ron Pelshaw who has over 15 years of experience in the wildlife control industry.

Ron’s resume includes, but not limited to, year 2000 high school graduate, Baker College student for business 2000 – 2003, seminole community college for Emergency medical technician 2006, Fire Fighters Academy 2007, Firefighter/​Emt 2007 – 2011, General Motors line trainer 2000 – 2006, wildlife Industry from 2000-​current, Owner of RSP Builders, part owner of Grafted In Design Software/​SEO company.

Ron is best described in two words: people person. He is honest, hard-​working and an all around «get it done» kind of guy. His 15 years working in the bat removal field, prompted him to see the need to start a business in his side of the state. He is the husband and father of two. Outside of running multiple businesses Ron enjoys doing anything that includes his family, serving at his church, reading Gods word and sharing the word, fellowship with friends and woodworking.
