Doty’s has been repairing computers in Southeast and Central Iowa since 1996. We also sell new Hewlett-​Packard (HP), Asus, Lenovo and Toshiba computers. In addition, we do commercial printing. We can print and ship most anything to anywhere in the United States. Debbie has a knack for taking a customer’s ideas and putting them into a design they love. We do just about any kind of printing, from business cards and forms to wedding invitations and brochures. We have a wide carriage printer for printing posters and banners.

History

Established in 1996.

John Doty started repairing computers professionally out of his home in 1996 after moving back to Iowa. He learned computer repair on his own while serving in the U.S. Army and received commendations for keeping his unit’s computers online in the harsh desert environment of Desert Storm. Debbie started her career as a newspaper reporter in 1985, and soon found a passion for the layout and design side of the business. The Doty’s started doing printing professionally in 2005 in an effort to help meet the community’s need for a fast and accurate printer. Debbie has taken her love of graphic design to helping people put their ideas on paper with business cards, posters, brochures and other print media. She’s even taken her love for graphic design into helping people develop web sites and Facebook pages.
