We have been bringing our vehicle to M&M for years. We live in Minneapolis, but drive to Osseo for any major work we need because we’ve found them so reliable & trustworthy. My parents, 3 sisters & my in-​laws are all also loyal customers who feel they’ve received honest, fairly-​priced service. Highly recommended!!!

My family has been bringing cars there since the mid 1990s. We had been happy with them with little things, but recently, we took our car there and it was damaged while in their service. The hood was dented and it looked as though it had been hit on the inside by tools. We brought our car back and mentioned our concern, but they said it appeared someone had tried to break into it, and that is how it sustained damage. There were no signs on damage in the region that would indicate it had been pried open. My husband is a mechanic and tried to reason with them, but they wouldn’t budge.
They have now lost our business after decades.
Customer service has gone way down hill and I would strongly advise to avoid this shop.
