Luana Savings Bank is a family owned bank that has grown to 550 million in assets today. Family roots are tied to agriculture back to the early 1900’s, and because of this background agriculture lending has been very successful for Luana Savings Bank. Luana Savings Bank has established itself as a top 100 agricultural lender in the United States and has created a significant presence with agricultural lending in Central Iowa. Luana Savings Bank has also been ranked 17^th in the nation for top performing community banks between 500 million and 5 billion in assets by SNL Financial for 2013. Moving forward, Luana Savings Bank will continue to focus on Agriculture Lending and will diversify its portfolio in the Metro area to include 1 – 4 single family home lending, multi-​family housing and consumer lending.
