Can’t say I am happy with this outfit one bit. We had them out to give us an estimate for a furnace repair for a real estate transaction. He promised an estimate the next day.
Two weeks and 4 phone calls later, no estimate. They are «too busy.» Way to make the customer feel important.
I called again today, Saturday, and was told he’d get on it Monday. God forbid someone take 3 minutes and fax us a simple estimate on a weekend, as we risk having the buyer walk away.
A bad job that is not just an inconvenience, it has caused problems in the sale of a home-no small issue.
¹²⁄₁₇ update: several calls and a week later, still no fax.
