History

Established in 2013.

After 26 years of instruction in MN, OH, MI and IL, Heather Sheppard, owner of Allegro, decided to settle in Oswego, IL and provide the best instruction for clients and young dancers in dance and fitness. Degreed and twice certified, Heather not only leads her clients through their fitness experiences but changes clients lives by building them up in strength, confidence and physical health.

Business Owner

Heather started dancing at the age of 7 and after years of training became a professional ballet dancer. Using the training she had, she moved on to graduate with her BFA and that is where she was exposed to the life changing medium of Pilates. She received her certification in Peff Method ballet instruction in 2013 and finished her PMA Pilates certification that November. Heather believes that her knowledge of the body and her high body awareness of muscle movement gives her the advantage to most instructors. She is happy to have the skills and knowledge to help her clients have the best experience possible.
