Dr Webb has been our pediatrician for 16 years. Dr Jim was recommended to us by nurses at Good Samaritan Hospital 16 years ago. When the nurses at the hospital that a dr works at recommend a dr that’s impressive. I too am a nurse and a lot of my nurse friends use Dr Webb. He and his practice have never done us wrong. They are modern and up to date with the latest medical research. They don’t push drugs. They don’t over use antibiotics like a lot of docs. If you don’t want your child vaccinated, they don’t push it. Most important of all they have great assessment skills. We have received good advise from them for 16 years and we received great referrals to the best specialists in the area. I do not have one single complaint!

I’ve been taking my kiddo here for 6 years because both dr Jim and dr john are exceptional. They’re not associated with an incestuous medical group, so all of their referrals are based on expertise without outside pressure to refer within a massive medical practice. They are honest, thorough, diligent and friendly. I couldn’t ask for more personalized medical treatment for my complicated kiddo with asthma, allergies, and tummy troubles.

Our child has been a patient of Dr. John and Dr. Jim for eight years. I have always felt that our child has received kind, caring, top notch care from both doctors. We recently moved out of state, and I cannot remember a time that I have received such poor service from any medical provider’s office staff. The process by which I needed to go through to have his records moved was a complete pain in the neck. It might have been easier, and taken less time to simply drive to the office, and pick them up. I have always had good service from the staff, until now. This simple task required more phone calls than to the eye doctor and dentist combined. And then on top of it all, the staff was rude. Needless to say, if we still lived in Oswego, I’d be shopping for a new pediatrician. Funny, the staff seems to have forgotten that patients, and their parents’ benefits packages, pay their salaries. Shame on them. I wonder if the doctors know what is going on in the front of house.

We just got a phone call saying the charge to send a copy of my kids immunization records to the new doctor’s office will be $ 75. That says it all right there, think twice before you go here b/c if your child ever has an immunization reaction or you actually want a copy of your records, its a giant headache and they are not helpful in the least.

We recently left this practice, but not because of the doctors. Let me be clear, Jim and John Webb are both excellent physicians, and we were very happy with the care they provided to our son for almost 2 years. We left because of the wait times, we would often wait for over an hour to see the doctor. With a small(and sometimes sick) child, we just couldn’t continue to do that. We had been ready to leave for a while, and the final straw was the first time we were late to an appointment — we were 15 minutes late and due to their«15 min» policy, my sick son was turned away and we were told we needed to reschedule for another time since we missed our appointment. After having waiting for over an hour on multiple occasions, this just sealed the deal. We were charged $ 25 to get a copy of my son’s records and we have recently found a new practice. Now, like I said — we LOVED the doctors. If they changed their appointment scheduling procedures and were on time more often than they were late, we would definitely consider going back. For now though, we are happy with our new practice and not having to wait so long to see the doctor.

I will not leave this practice… Dr. Jim has been amazing since we started seeing him in 2006 and Dr. John has been equally as great since he joined the practice.

I love love love this place. Both doctors(who are twins) are amazing with the kids from birth to teens. I’m so sad to leave this practice I only hope I can find a pediatrician half as good as dr. Webb
