Business Owner
Formerly a Vice President of Research and Development for Lucent Technologies spin off: AVAYA. A US Marine vet, Phil holds his degree in Computer Scirnce and is a Software Engineer. He is a co-founder in iHeartOswego.com along with his wife, Victoria.
