X-Rays & Diagnostics — Digital X-Ray System, EKG, Slit Lamp Machine, Audiogram, Spirometer.
Illness — Allergies, Cold, Cough, Flu, Dehydration, Ear and Eye Infections, Hemorrhoids, Migraines, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Rashes, Poison Ivy, STDs, Strep Throat, Urinary Tract and Bladder Infections.
Lab Tests: Blood Glucose, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP), Drug Screen, Total Cholesterol, HIV, Rapid Influenza (Flu), Mono, Rapid Strep.
Physical Exams — DCFS Daycare, Pre-surgical, Immigration, Return to Work, Insurance, School, Pre-employment, Sports and Camps.

Established in 1987.
Physicians Immediate Care, also known as Physicians Urgent Care, was founded in early 1987 under the leadership of John J. Koehler, M.D., in Rockford, Ill. Today the company is led by Stan Blaylock, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Koehler, Founder & Chief Medical Officer. For more than 25 years, we’ve been dedicated to bringing affordable and convenient health care to the communities that we serve.

Business Owner
Stan Blaylock brings more than 2 decades of healthcare and financial experience to his position as president and chief executive officer of Physicians Immediate Care, where he manages all operations of the company and leads the firm’s growth strategy.
Before joining PIC, Blaylock was president of Walgreens Health Services, the managed care and specialty services division of the nation’s largest drugstore chain. Prior to that post, he was president and chief executive officer of Medmark, a leading national provider of specialty pharmacy services that he co-founded in 2003 and sold to Walgreens in 2006.
Blaylock also held executive positions at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown (as its global co-head of healthcare investment banking), Option Care, Inc. and Citibank’s corporate banking division.
Blaylock received a bachelor’s degree in economics and communication studies from the University of Virginia and a master’s of business administration from Harvard Business School.
