We are very happy to be serving the city of Oswego with our upscale salon and spa services! Our mission is to provide our clients with high end, quality services for a price they can can afford. Our Customers’ convenience is and always will be our number one priority.
Owner/Stylist Cynthia Reed has had nearly 30 years of experience in the beauty industry and finally made her dreams come true with the opening of Port City Day Spa.

History
Established in 2011.
Port City Day Spa opened in December of 2011 with a mission to serve the Oswego area with affordable upscale salon and spa services. We offer a variety of services from massage to skincare. We also offer manicures, pedicures and all your families hare care needs.

Business Owner
A graduate of Oswego County BOCES, furthered her education in Business Administration at Oswego State University. With 27 years of experience, Cindy has also worked with Smith’s Beauty Supply as a sales consultant for Oneida, Onondaga, and Madison counties. Cindy has worked many years with the Goldwell, Broccato, Scruples, and Kadus color lines. Cindy is also a proud member of the Oswego County Chamber of Commerce. She is very happy to be serving the city of Oswego and surrounding areas with her upscale salon and spa service. After nearly 30 years in the beauty industry, she has finally made her dreams come true with the opening of Port City Day Spa.
