Tony came highly recommended to me by a friend when I spilled hazelnut creamed coffee all over my notebook computer. While I’m fairly good at making creative fliers, invitations, and of course loitering in Facebook, I don’t even own rudimentary knowledge to navigate transferring files from one hard drive to another and setting up a computer.
Tony is everything that is wonderful. He came to my home immediately to pick up my new notebook and my ailing one and within two days he was back, setting up my new system in my home.
When he said he made house calls with his ‘black bags’, I didn’t know he’d stay for 3.5 hours until everything was seamless WITHOUT my having to rob a bank!
Tony discovered that the wireless router the ‘not so good’ last computer guys sold me just a few weeks ago was a dud and not so wireless. When I emailed him yesterday to ask if he could come and set up my new Apple AirPort Express wireless n router before my guests come next Sunday, he assured me he’d come over asap.
Tony is highly professional, very kind, courteous, and extraordinarily skilled. He really does know the guts of computers and I will call him for any assistance I need in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who values honesty and skill and exemplary service. I am more than happy!
