Personal chef services specializing in small private events such as holiday parties, dinner parties, cocktail parties, romantic dinners for two, and business events.

From start to finish I believe that a client should be given service that is as unique as they are. I do not offer a «standardized» menu that offers the same 7 dishes that everyone has to pick from. Your menu is created with you in mind and based upon your event, guests, and dietary needs.

Prices are all inclusive and include groceries, hourly rate for in home preparation, cleanup and any serving pieces required.

As a chef, I specialize in classic French and authentic Italian as well as Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine. In the 14 years I have been a chef/​personal chef I have become a master at the art and skill of throwing a swanky EFFORTLESS dinner or cocktail event.

Looking for something different? I also offer a «Chef’s Tasting» menu which with encompass 8 – 10 micro courses giving the diner a wide range of tastes and delights, just as you would get in a Chicago 5 star restaurant.

History

Established in 2014.

Originally started 12 years ago in Chicago, I took several years off to gain experience in a corporate fast paced kitchen (a GREAT chef crafts their resume to give them a broad range of work experience). Now, I have returned to personal cheffing as well as publishing my third cookbook.
