A mail order only early music shop, although I think you can make an appointment to see particular instrument if you want. I bought a harp and a dulcimer here and received polite and useful advice over the phone and prompt delivery. Not too many stores to buy these types of instruments, so BEMS provides a valuable service. Usually has a fairly good selection of used instruments also. The only negative is the selection of instruments is somewhat limit.
