We have Moved! Now located in Winter Park, Florida, in the massage therapy studio of Laura Painter, LMT. We offer a weekly class dedicated to your yoga practice. This is an all levels yoga that you practice as either a beginner or advanced yogi. Every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. — we also offer private yoga, meditation and stress relief techniques. You must book private lessons in advance.

History

Established in 2011.

YogaFix Orlando was established in 2011 as a private, mobile yoga business and since grew into a studio. When the doors closed in Casselberry, we moved to a smaller spot where more intimate, one-​on-​one care could be offered.

Business Owner

Lisa McDonald has lived in the Orlando area for over 40 years and grew up Winter Park. Lisa graduated from UCF in 1996 with a degree in Radio and Television Communications. Lisa has worked at WKMG Local 6 since 1997, and started her journey into Yoga at the age of 38. The journey has progressed in leaps and bounds, and as a certified Yoga instructor, she decided to take the journey one more step… opening her heart and opening her yoga studio. Lisa is a certified 200 hour yoga instructor. certified in yoga nidra, meditation and Stress and Anxiety through yoga practice.
