I was in here today and the African salesman would not quite hitting on me and asking me if I wanted to go with him to a KU game. Very uncomfortable and so unprofessional, the manager than proceeded to come over and tell me that I should give him my number in case I had any questions. Really???

They seem to focus on sales more than service. If you stop in for a quick service question, you are put in the same line as all of the more involved sales transactions. They do have a greeter but he says that he can not help with any simple transactions while he watches the door. It certainly does not seem very efficient and certainly not customer friendly for those who have already committed to the company.
While we’ve been waiting, two additional staff members have been standing around messing with their iPads and phones. It’s possible that they are doing something important, but if so, I would suggest doing it in the back away from the eyes of those of us who are standing around waiting for someone to help us. It just makes the wait more frustrating!
