We had Barnds Brothers winterize our sprinkler system and when we had them open it up for the summer, the backflow device was busted. We had it replaced 2 years prior. When we requested to speak to the owner to get a resolution, he refused to call back and sent a letter instead with an invoice. We called 5 more times without a call back. Poor customer, you have to call your customers and have a discussion if there is an issue. Do not use this company. If there is any issue at all, there will be no communication. Unfortunately, if the owner would have just called us back, we would have worked with them to have it replaced and continue to use their services.
