I purchased a 2015 F 150 and I live over 2 hours away. Jerome was able take care of just about everything over the phone until we were confident in making the purchase before we made the drive.

I dropped my car off and then found out you do not take competitor Ford coupons by local Ford dealers. I probable will not be back.

I purchased a 2015 mustang gt from Bob Allen last November, right when they were first released. Even though the vehicle had just been released they were willing to get me out of my current vehicle at the time a 2013 mustang gt that I had purchased from another dealer and get me into a 2015 model. To be honest I had no intention of getting the new model but they made a deal that was hard to pass up. Needless to say the car did have some issues being one of the first produced, I recently brought the vehicle into service to have TSB service done as well as check out a few other issues I was having the vehicle (minor annoyances). This vehicle is not my daily driver so there were only 2k on it since last November, I was dragging my feet on taking it in for service. They had my vehicle for 3 days due to parts needing to be ordered, upon receiving my newly fixed car, everything seemed to be great however I noticed some sort of curb rash and a decent size gash in one of my tires that was not there prior to dropping off my car to them, I called the service department and mentioned what had happened. They were adamant that they will replace the tire as well as repair the wheel no questions asked. I brought my car back 2 days later when the tire had arrived and they had my car back to me the same day within just a few hours and in perfect condition. I was very impressed with the prompt service, and the «no hassle» transaction. On top of all of this they are all (both sales and service) friendly. They have my business when it comes time to get a new truck.

I went to look at a 2015 mustang since they were offering 0% interest with 72 month financing (hell ya). Well in the end they would not give me what I wanted for my car. I went to Bob Sight and they gave me what I wanted and got me the 0% interest. The finance manager contacted ford and got the deal scratched because they had originally offered me 3.9%. So they got my deal scratched because another ford gave me what I wanted. I don’t know how there people sleep at night. Then had the nerve to contact me and try to get me to come back as ford wont offer me the 0% as its their policy to never undercut the first deal.

You can’t ask for a more friendly staff in the automotive department. I take my car here for oil changes, get my breaks fixed, they make sure it is done right, at a good price.

When I was a teen, I was very fortunate to have a car savvy father & grandfather, but as an adult I needed to find a shop I could start to build a relationship with. As an unmarried female, I often felt like I was being taken advantage of at some shops, but not at Bob Allen Ford! Their service department is fast, friendly, & does great work. One of the biggest reasons I recommend this service department is their willingless to price match. Sure, it requires a little effort on your part, but this is a SALES environment. So don’t be afraid to ask questions, research, & ask for a deal! I’ve had tires matched to a national service center’s price AND a part matched to the MSRP. One con is the diagnostic fee. If you plan to get your car fixed at Bob Allen, great. they’ll waive the $ 116? fee. If you plan to take it elsewhere, or have a friend/​family member fix the issue, you’ll be charged. Be sure to use those free [basic] diagnostic services at auto part stores first.
Tips: No service appointments. first come, first serve. So be sure to get in line early. LOVE the free shuttle to & from work. This is an awesome added bonus for working professionals. They also sometimes throw in other freebies like a car wash or free rotations/​balances if you get your tires installed there.

The waiting area is nice. They have Starbucks coffee & hot chocolate. And a cute yellow lab that is a pro at smelling out food. He wouldn’t leave my side (I brought a bagel with me) although he didn’t particularly like to be pet.
The service team is nice. Prompt at getting me in the door. My car’s check engine light went on. I had already gone to an auto parts store and used their free engine diagnostics to see what the deal was. Their solution was a bit steep so I passed on fixing the issue. (this issue is something I can live with for a while) I like Bob Allen Ford, but their labor rates are waaaaaayyyy high, so unless it’s an emergency, I will choose to have service issues resolved elsewhere.

Now I’m not an expert on Fords, or cars, or dealerships, or anything like that, but I can say that I was so relieved to have found Bob Allen Ford.
I bought my Ford out in California a couple years ago and when it started making a strange whirring grindy noise, I took it in to where I bought it – they told me it was my tires’ strange wear pattern and there wasn’t anything wrong. Liars! When I moved to KC, the noise got louder over time and finally I got new tires. When the sound didn’t go away, I took it in to Bob Allen Ford, pleading for someone to give it to me straight – what the hell was wrong with my poor car?! It took their technician all of 3 seconds driving in my car to tell me what it was. It was not the tires at all, but some hub-​axle-​thing loose in there – bad news bears! But I got it all fixed up by lunch time and it has driven like new ever since.
This dealership deserves a shout-​out for being knowledgeable and not giving me the run-​around. Hard to find sometimes…
