Established in 2010 The auto detailing company KC Detailing was started by owner Tim Dodd out of his garage. Selling all his music equipment to get a few thousand dollars together, Tim set himself on a 80 to 100 hour a week car detailing venture. Starting out with a couple thousand dollars in equipment and chemicals, he has quickly grown the company to be one of the leading Kansas City auto detailing company. Though the business started out as being a mobile auto detailing service, KC Detailing now has an Overland Park auto detailing shop and a fleet of auto detailing vans to service customers at their Kansas City, Johnson County KS and surrounding area’s locations.

An auto detailing and car industry expert, Tim started KC Detailing in 2010. The goal was to offer a level of detailing quality and customer experiential level that none of the other Kansas City auto detailing companies were offering. He quickly built his company to the most prominent high-end auto detailing company in Overland Park, Kansas City and Johnson County KS.
