History

Established in 2014.

Rick Morefield, Andrew Speicher, and Stan Bachman formed Morefield Speicher Bachman LC based on the key principles of integrity, hard work, excellence, stewardship, and service to others. Our firm developed from the shared vision of providing the highest quality legal services, but at the same time donating 10% of our time to helping those who cannot afford legal representation. We apply those principles in every aspect of our law practice including representing clients, operating our law firm, mentoring and managing our staff, and serving our community. Business Owner

Richard Morefield has spent over 28 years representing clients in cases ranging from catastrophic personal injuries to complicated business disputes. Recent matters have included automobile and truck accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, breach of contract, and fraud. Rick is also a trained mediator who is on the list of approved mediators for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Andrew Speicher is passionate about serving individuals who have suffered a personal injury or wrongful death, or who are facing business or construction litigation, trucking accidents, contract disputes, insurance disputes, product liability claim, or workers’ compensation.

Stan Bachman earned his MBA and spent 25 years as a general contractor before becoming a lawyer. He now brings a unique «been there, done that» perspective to representing construction companies, contractors, sub-​contractors and other businesses in all business law and construction law matters.
