Made an appointment for 245 and was called back 15 minutes late. That frustrates me!
But, the pedicure was great. Phenomenal massage that I didn’t want to end. The salon is clean and the pedicure chairs are very nice. I will probably come back to get my nails done too.
Overall, great salon. Just a time consuming appointment. Prices are decent for the area as well.

I have gone to this nail salon many 8+ times. I’ve mainly had nextgen and gel manicures but have also had pedicures and eyebrow wax and every single time it has flawless. I’m pretty critical and if I’m not satisfied with AYTHING I’m off to the next place. But not this time, I’ve found my nail spot.

Updating my review: I originally gave five stars but just had the WORST service. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she could not file my nails evenly and cut so much extra skin off my fingers that my fingers were shaped funny. She did a sloppy job on the polish and when I complained, she copped major attitude and refused to answer my questions. NOPE, not coming back. Ridiculous that it’s this hard to find a recent nail salon in KC.

I don’t get pedicures often, but when I do this is where I go. They always do an excellent job and it’s always a relaxing experience. If you sign up for the texts, they send 10% and 20% off deals fairly frequently.
I’ve been coming here since it first opened and it is always clean and the people who work here, it’s family owned and operated, are always kind and professional.
Hoping to head back for a much-​needed pedicure soon!

Interesting décor. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. They did a nice job mentioning other services that they have available. I felt pampered with my fingernails and toes being done at the same time. They were kind enough to offer me a drink and relax. I was VERY impressed with how clean they kept the spa equipment and tools they used on me. I have two complaints. Within 2 days, my toenail paint chipped. Kinda questioned to myself why this happened since I had my toes covered since it is winter time. I will still go back nevertheless. The other thing that caught my attention was that they kept talking back and forth as to whose turn it was. It might be nice if they have another system that is more silent rather than blurting out across the room as to who is next to work on the customer.
As a whole… the place is a great place to get your nails done. I look forward to checking it out again soon.

I would also like to point out that this company obviously doesn’t give a crap unless you’re a return customer because I have not been contacted about these reviews nor has anyone returned my calls about my issue with the service (more like lack of) that I received!

Love this place! There is nothing else like it! Staff is amazing! Atmosphere is fantastic! I will forever go here (and drive pretty far out of my way) for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing!!! It’s like a salon you’d find on vacation but it’s right here at home (435 and Roe) and prices are perfect!

This salon is great. They do a wonderful job of making it feel like a spa. The warm neck towel is a nice touch with the pedicure. I could have fallen asleep in the chair! The chairs are nice and the place is clean. Staff is very friendly. They also have a lot of nail colors to choose from. And on top of it they do a great job on the nails. Now I’m living in Overland Park and I will definitely be making this my regular nail place.

Great service. Big selection of Pedi’s… the anti stress is just that. Chairs are awesome with great massage choices. I had one of the girls paint a special 4th of July flag on my big toes. She did a great job — I got lots of compliments. I’m always a walk in when it fits into my schedule. Everyone has been great and accommodating of my time.

I very rarely get my nails done and had several okay, but not great experiences. I had my nails done by Shannon and she was able to do exactly what I requested. I had an appointment with her, but when I arrived I was told she was off and another lady would take care of me. As I explained what I wanted, I could tell she had no idea what I was trying to do. Shannon ended up showing up for me right before my nails were started, so I was saved in time. It was a lot more expensive than any other place I’d been, but for the couple times a year that I get my nails done, it wasn’t THAT big of a deal. When I went to another salon to get the gel removed, they were crowding around my nails to see what she did and had impressed them as well.

I love it here, the only nail salon who has been professional, fun and actually does a great job at the final product! I came in from AZ and based on Unilocal reviews, chose this as my new salon whenever I’ll be in town and I’m thrilled! The ladies are so so sweet! You have to go. They did genuine gel nails on me. Beautiful inside too.

By far the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had! They took the time to go over everything with me. The exfoliating pedicure really worked! I couldn’t make up my mind on what colors I wanted but they were happy to assist and were very patient with me. Very friendly staff that cared about specifically what I wanted done! Went to this nail salon 2 weeks ago after reading reviews on Unilocal– service was great and I was happy to go back today for my fill… I’m not sure if they were anxious because they kept saying they were busy or if she just didn’t care but I’m less than thrilled with the ways my nails look. I was happy when I found out the owner was going to do my nails but she botched one of them and didn’t even offer to fix it. At no point was I asked what shape I want my nails and the whole appointment felt rushed and uncomfortable. I’m sad it didn’t work out because some of the girls in there are so sweet but now I have to pay someone AGAIN to fix what they messed up… won’t be going back.

What a FANTASTIC place to get wonderful service! My mom and I came in for a manicure and pedicure after her heart surgery. She needed extra-​special care and they gave her extra-​special care (and me too)! They were careful with ingrown nails and they offered us a drink when we walked in. They were personable and professional and we will DEFINITELY be back. And, the actual salon is beautifully designed. They have tons of services too. I highly recommend this place!
