Overland Park Fiat

Yes, I own a Fiat. :)
They are new and I will likely update my review with more stars after a few more visits. They seem to have favorable momentum towards good service once they work out the kinks.
PROs
— great location for me
— clean: as they are new too
— QT is across the street
— they ordered a paint sample for me to fix a little scratch and didn’t push, push, push for me to bring it in for them to repair
— said person also gave a few quotes on extras without pushing too; which I appreciate.
— free donuts and coffee/​powdered cappuccino machine while you wait
CONs
— pushy salesman with way too much cologne. (come on dude; I already own one and don’t need to upgrade or own a 2^nd)
— service hasn’t quite hit their stride; lost my reservation but got me in (1 ½ wait for oil change though due to lost reservation)
— it would be nice to have a place to sit outside while waiting

I preface this review by saying that I live nowhere near Kansas, but had an exceptional experience with this dealership. Ever since the January release of the commercial for the Fiat 500X, I knew I needed one! They are very hard to come by, especially the particular model I wanted in a specific color. After frustrating experiences with local dealerships who were unwilling/​unable to work for us, we found Scott Kuhl. Visited the Overland Fiat website and informed him that we were in Chicago, but very serious about buying. This guy never laid eyes on us and bent over backwards to deliver my dream car from three states away!!! If I’m ever in Kansas I will definitely stop by to shake this man’s hand. He was very communicative, supportive, and honest. He was available to us via email and phone. When you’re making a purchase of this size sight unseen, trust is huge and we are so glad we trusted in Scott. Thank you to all at Overland Fiat who facilitated this transaction. We’re over the moon with our purchase!

It was a little hard to find the location since they are still under construction but non the less the team was extremely friendly and welcoming. Great to see this kind of service on the Kansas side for Fiat owners. This local team knows customer service and it shows that they want their customers happy. Extremely happy that Olathe dodge is no longer my local dealer. I just became a little happier as a fiat owner
