Established in 2005.

Pickleman’s was 20 years in the making when it first opened on October 1^st 2005. I love Picklemans but this location is a little disappointing! I loooove their thin crust pizza so much but lately every time I go to order a pizza they tell me they are out of pizza dough or cheese :(
I wish they would stock up because I would get their pepperoni pizzas weekly!

Solid sub shop! Comparable to Quizino’s but better. I enjoyed my Italian beef sandwich and my wife had the veggie sub which she said was good. The broccoli cheese soup was tasty but I dislike that they don’t have crackers. The restaurant was clean and the staff was fast and friendly. All in all a good alternative to the usual sub shops. True rating is more of a 3.5 stars.

Tonight, I called in an order for delivery. The guy that took my order was very polite and courteous. Without ever seeing the restaurant or tasting the food, he made me want to give him a $ 10 tip. He told me that my food should arrive in 20 minutes but, it actually arrived in seven. Although the food did not ‘WOW!’ Me, if I’m ever in a pinch for a bite and it’s late, I’d definitely order again. The customer service guaranteed that for me.

Second time to order for delivery. .I live 5 minutes away… The only reason Im ordering for delivery is because my car is broken. …My question is why does it take an hour to receive my food and when I call to inquire about it I am met with uncaring and rude people that answer the phone?

Holy hypertension — their broccoli cheese soup was inedible it was so salty. And I’m a lady that enjoys sodium but this was unbearable. I got the half sammie & cup of soup deal. Sandwich was decent but after trashing the soup I feel like $ 7 is a bit much for half of a decent turkey sandwich. Drink not included and after that salt lick I fo-sho needed it. Won’t be returning. Will say nice staff — apologetic for long wait.

As far as sandwich shops go this one is ok. I would go 3 and a half stars if Unilocal would let me. Everything was good but nothing spectacular. All 3 of us in the family chose the pick 2. I had the Italian and Avo-Cobb. Both were good. We all thought the sandwich portions of the pick 2 were very small, but the salad portions were larger than expected. We would have liked to see it the other way around. I would go here again if in the area and needing something quick. But wouldn’t go out of my way.

One simple word describes Pickleman’s: «Yum!» And, they deliver! Club sandwich is my favorite and you must add bacon! Soups are comparable to Jason’s deli.

The service there was awful! They were rude and very slow! We went in for our lunch break and on a bit of a time crunch! We gave them the order and it took the 20 minutes to make a salad! They started other orders before ours! The register guy said they will finish your salad if you move! They also weren’t paying attention and switched my friends sandwich with someone else’s Togo order so they had to make another one! We wanted to get a pickle too and we asked 3 times and neither of the times they never gave it to us so we left! I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you have plenty of time or go in when it’s slower!

Pickleman’s is outstandingly average in it’s food quality and below average from a value perspective. Their prices seem to run the same as the competition but you get about ½ the food. If this is supposed to be «gourmet» then they’re missing the mark, except on the prices.
The Bacon Turkey Sandwich was average in every possible way. The portion size was underwhelming and nothing about the sandwich was memorable. I also don’t appreciate having to locate ripped pieces of the protective paper that was lodged into my sandwich after it was packaged.
The Meatball was the same… nothing special. At all.
I’ve been three times now and am not looking for a fourth. If I wan’t a no frills sandwich and be charged a reasonable amount I’ll go to Jimmy John’s, Firehouse or Planet Sub. Better (and more) food for the same/better price.

Clean and simple. A good sandwich. A little pricey (maybe by a buck or two) but not terribly expensive.
Chips are extra and the choice of sides is minimal so that’s disappointing. They advertise soups on the sign outside but don’t have much of a selection.
I would think that at a place named «pickleman’s» that every order would come with a free pickle. Nope. Half a pickle is 89 cents, a whole pickle is $ 1.69.
I’ve paid more for worse for sure. It’s not bad and I’d go again, but I am in no rush to return.

We were the only ones in this place at 545 pm one evening, that should’ve been a red flag! Thought the food was good, very nice service, but thought it was expensive for no more than we got, which was a sandwich/chips and a small pizza w/two drinks! $ 35 — probably won’t be going back…,

For a 6in sub I would say was six inch I could get a footlong from subway for 6 dollars. This place needs to come up with a footlong sandwich especially when you haven’t eaten all day and want something that’s healthy and really good. One of the staff members who checked me out didn’t seem like he wanted to be there didn’t really have a affect on me. For 10 dollars just for a six inch sub a bag of chips and a drink totally not worth it.

Picklemans is a fantastic alternative to par sandwich joints. I feel as though the price-to-quality of the product is spot on. They are equipped with the new Coketron9000 automated Coke product dispensing mechanisms, which is an adventure in delight. The ingredients are top quality in the sandwiches. The pizzas are nothing special. The soups and fresh baked cookies are peerless! Try this place out if you’ve never been.
