Always so helpful and great customer service. I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned and I ended up leaving it behind to get it sized down. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have a jeweler in house to make repairs. It’s been 2 ½ years since we’ve become customers and we are still greeted like family.

Great experience at Samuel Jewelers! I went in to trade up my ring and the manager Kaci along with Janice and Susan went out their way to help me find the perfect diamond!!! I went back and forth with questions and even changed my mind about the first one I chose. They were so patient and were determined to help me find the perfect ring!!! All the ladies there were so sweet and so was the super nice gentleman!!! I now have a gorgeous ring which I love and will continue to use Samuel Jewelers as my go to store!!! Thanks to all the great staff!!!

In a last minute shambles my fiancé and I came into samuel’s with my engagement ring and my wedding band needing to be sized and sodered. The people there were so nice they calmed me down, gave me a very fair price and had my rings back to me within nine hours. They were very kind. And my rings look amazing!

The older woman who originally sold me the jewelry was very helpful; however she is now gone. Meanwhile they opened a charge account and that has been a nightmare — not sending the bill to the correct address for over 2 months, charging huge penalties for then not receiving the payment on time — even when I started paying in the store. It took me 3 months to get all the charges deleted that they were supposed to take off. Now after 6 months, I find that they were charging the minimum and they added all the back interest — I needed to divide the amount myself and know to pay it all off in 6 mo for it to be interest free. I have never worn this jewelry and can’t bear to look at it after all this co has done. As for the store’s posted answer about contacting customer service, I have spent eons on the phone — they are not even available half the time. When I was upset about all the interest being added, the store owner told me I didn’t have the right to express that — and I am a Psychologist and certainly know about communication — but she is right about it was a waste there, as she did not offer to help me. If I added up the time I have had to spend on this they owe me a great deal of $.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to special order a wedding ring, was told it would take six weeks. Six weeks later, I called and called, they couldn’t find my order. Finally went to store, they admitted order was lost. Gave them a second chance, got the SAME CUSTOMER NO SERVICE RESULT! Don’t know how these people stay in business. The store manager gave the impression she could care less.

The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure that I got the perfect engagement ring. If you want to work with someone who will go the extra mile for you, this is the place to go.
