Love this place! Customer service is always spot on. After just a few visits Michelle had my drinks memorized and they are always perfect. Easy access with the drive through makes for a definite stop.

First stop in at this location and it wasn’t so good… I’ve been to other locations and been pleased, but unfortunately this trend did not carry on. I ordered the Carmel latte and the flavor was just not *right*, I’m not quite sure how to explain it other than it was very syrupy sweet and lacked flavor– of the coffee or the Carmel flavoring– all I got was hot syrup taste. Insult to injury is that it cost $ 4.50… For a bad coffee that I wasn’t able to finish. The redeeming qualities were the location/ease of access, speed and friendliness of the drive through person who assisted me– all were exceptional!

Super nice woman working the drive-thru. She said that if I didn’t like my drink(it was my first time trying their Pixie Maté Latte) that she’d make me a different one for free. I ended up loving it(it’s a nice Chai tea-esque coffee drink,) but thought that her offer was very cool. Next time I’ll ask for light ice though. There was so much ice in my cup that I couldn’t even stick my straw all the way through.

Still brewing up a good cup of coffee. They are one of the few coffee shops around the area that will use almond milk at your request. A nice feature for non-dairy or lactose intolerant consumers.

$ 5 for a cup of watered down something. It didn’t even taste like coffee. I ordered a white mocha. Rarely do I stop at these high-priced coffee places. When I do it’s Revocup or Nordstroms because I want something that tastes like good coffee and made to perfection. This place was called something else(Java Crossing??) and from time to time I would stop there. Now, it’s Scooters and I’ll be passing by and waving on my way to Revocup. What a rip off!
