Very affordable lunch spot. I came here with two coworkers and even after adding a tip on to my receipt, I ended up paying less than $ 10 which can be pretty hard to find in KC. The food was pretty average. They have a lunch menu that offers a special for each day of the week. I ordered the cheese lasagna with a meatball. The meatball was tender and had a really good flavor. The lasagna was a bit bland, but not bad. The waitress was extremely sweet and the service was great. Our glasses were refilled numerous times throughout the meal, and the food was brought out about 10 minutes after we arrived. Given that the lunch hour is so short, you really can’t beat that!

We have been going here for years and years. Even visited their old location many times. They have delicious pizzas here if you like a thin crust pizza. Their salad and house dressing is awesome and quite different than many places. Pasta dishes are good, but I still prefer eating their pizza. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but generally it is good and the staff is always friendly. I would say this is a great little local neighborhood gem, and it is not too costly either.

Great pizza different from all others, crust is wonderful. I had the spaghetti and meat sauce, also great. The server was great as well!

I found the service during my lunch visit to be stellar(fast, friendly, and attentive). My lunch was served just ten minutes after I ordered at the table. The food was tasty. I especially liked the delicious, tangy, house dressing on the salad. The Italian-themed interior was nice and clean, with comfy booths along the walls, and tables in the middle. Good lunch specials are available, including spaghetti for $ 4.95 on Wednesdays.

Well first of all we have been planning to come to your place since Feb. Just made it yesterday. Signage is Terrible no good Large Sign outside. Drove all over looking for it finally found it cause a friend told me it was by the BBQ Place. Hmmmm. Went in with two friend. Ordered on Bev’s Recommendation from coming to old place for many years. Small Amount Watery sauce(guess Pasta was not drained?) Finally got a bib cause I am messy. Waitress said they didn’t have any. Asked the person who brought salads she got me one. Told her she should tell Help that they have bibs for customers might add it to menu that they have them. Tomato sauce is hard to get out of clothing. Tasted ok not wonderful. Salad looked brownish on edges. Paid extra for salad and extra for Blue Cheese dressing. Had great deserts. Waitress had me hold plates for her when she was taking dishes away. I asked if I needed to do dishes. Desert was great. The waitress was kinda knowledgeable. Asked for a sample of the garlic butter sauce she brought a small amount but don’t know what it taste like on pasta. Just brought butter and garlic in tiny plastic cup? dipped bread in it. Was tasty???

This was my first time to Villa Capri. The service was fine the food was poor. Italian bread as a starter is not as good as the sliced sesame seed Italian loaf you can buy from Costco. I ordered raviolis with tomato sauce. The water had not been drained off he pasta, so the tomato sauce was watery. The sauce was no more appetizing than Hunt’s tomato sauce, not the Italian sauce. just plain sauce, no seasoning, at all. The ravioli was bland boring institutional ravioli out of the bag. My friend had fettuccine Alfredo which looked worse. The toasted meatball sandwich seemed fine.

I couldn’t have been happier. They provide a genuine authentic Italian feel in atmosphere, service, and food. I got the Chicken Parmesan and loved it! I’ll definitely be returning for more.

Lousy service. I asked to hold the mushrooms. I got mushrooms. I would have liked another beer with my dinner. Nobody checked on me. I had to get up and ask for a go box.
