«No Pain, No Gain»…you will really know the meaning of that after one session at this boxing club. I’ve been a member since January and yeah, I slacked off a bit but jumped right back into it. Ron, the owner of the club knows just about everyone by name. The service is tremendous and I enjoy the casual conversation prior to getting beat up… I mean working out. If you want to test your limits, this is the place to do it. The highly addictive workouts are challenging but once you complete one, you’ll be begging for more. I’ve been in classes with Ron, Joe and Mary but I can guarantee you that all of the trainers provide an excellent workout and motivate you to push and do more. Always the highlight of my day.

3 days later I’m still in pain. But its a «good» pain if there is such a thing. My cousin decided she wanted to spend her birthday weekend with her girlfriends and this included a «diva» session at her new passion — Title Boxing Club. The staff was so nice. We signed up for guest passes and only paid for our hand wraps. The entire gym consists of 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines and about 30 heavy bags. Our teacher, Ron, was no joke! And he wasn’t going to let the fact that we were a bunch of girly girls keep us from giving it 100%. This is a great workout after a hard day at work or a fight with your significant other, just imagine their face on that bag and go to work! Now this work out was not easy. Yes, you can work at your own pace but this is not the class for beginners. Don’t let it scare you off, just stop when you need to stop and jump right back in. I’ve been slacking on my workouts for the last few months but this has reinvigorated my desire to sweat out all of my frustrations and leave it all on the floor.
