History

Established in 2004.

Tory Graham and Kent Welch started an independent real estate company (previously named Graham-​Welch & Associates, LLC) in March 2004. Their vision was to create a real estate company to provided services which were both unique and necessary for New Home communities to succeed. Over the next few years they did just that, bringing on 26 new home communities and dozens of agents. This was unparalleled growth for this market, which made Graham-​Welch the fastest growing real estate company in the Kansas City Area for three consecutive years.

Existing home sales was part of their master plan, however was not their initial focus. Enter Weichert, Realtors. They provided us with the tools to succeed in Existing Home Sales and continue to grow in the KC Real Estate market.

Today, New Home & Existing Home sales are balanced nicely. The company is successful in part to their emphasis on high-​end marketing, premium service, agent relations and hard work.

Together, Tory Graham & Kent Welch have successfully created a full service real estate company with over 40 (and growing!) professional Realtors, outstanding customer service and a quality track record all from a garage in Wyandotte County, KS.

Today the duo have an office in Southern Johnson County and thrive in the ultra competitive marketplace with New Home as well as Existing Home marketing and sales.

New Home communities like Summerwood and Summerwood Estates, Chapel Hill, Terrybrook (coming soon), Communities of River Ridge, Boulder Ridge at Falcon Lakes, Granite Falls, Whispering Ridge, Cedar Falls, Piper Lake Estates, Sunset Ridge.
