Worst store of them all. Bad service, long lines, nobody knows what there doing… stay away!

OMG!!! How do I rate this store that went from one extreme to another. I guess lets start with the good. George Lopez, not the comedian, but the employee that provided AMAZING service. My phone died, and well, I needed a new one ASAP. I switched from one carrier to AT&T, got a new phone, turned on new phone, phone updated and working … BAM!!! Amazing service. AND to top it off, went back a few days later because my girlfriend’s phone died also, got to work with George AGAIN, thank you, and AMAZING service again!!! Now to the bad part. Had to go back to the store for issues concerning my girlfriend’s store, and there weren’t many employees working. So the AT&T store has a check-in system, where they take your name, and then your name goes up on a board, and you wait your turn. Well, we were 2nd on the list. About an hour later, we finally got service! By the time we got service, another 4 to 5 people were in line behind us. And even the«get in line» service SUCKED because they let someone cut ahead to purchase just an item. It’s like having a reservation for a rental car, and finding out that now cars are available … what is the point of a reservation!!! But now the main reason for only 3 stars. Ben, oh Ben … you love to talk. Ben is an AT&T employee and was helping a couple. Take it, that the couple had lots of questions, BUT Ben, you see there is a line a mile long of people. You can see people are annoyed and want service. Your answers do not have to be 10-minutes long. I don’t really care about(1) your girlfriend going kayaking at Wekiva springs or(2) your thoughts about the espy awards and Jenner being given an award(3) or what apps are your favorite and how much you love to use them … answer the questions efficiently, and MOVEON!!! Customer Service implies ALL customers, not just one!!! The sad thing is that the low star count is given because of Ben and Ben didn’t even attend to us, but THANKGOODNESS, because we would have been there till the morning hours!!!

Do NOT ever enter into this store! Worst customer service experienced at this particular store not just ONCE but TWICE. Very rude and obnoxious people who do not even know how to speak with their customers and should never be in the sales industry!!!

My daughter lost her phone while we were traveling. Every AT&T store close to home had awful reviews. We decided to start with the closest one with expectations of bad service and to end up at an Apple store. We were greeted at the door by Candace. She was wonderful! My daughter got a new phone with allot of helpful advice. We were both delighted with the great customer service she gave us. I will be going there for all my AT&T needs now. Thank you Candace for outstanding customer service and such a good experience!
