My 2nd experience with Auto nation Collison on the Motor Mile Austin TX. The young girl Lisa that answers the phone needs to learn phone manners. Every question I asked Lisa she didn’t know and she simply made information up. I called back and spoke to a man who answered my questions. Very RUDE girl. Please hire people who can assist your clients. Frustrated in Austin

I have to agree with the additude of this place. After reading the last review I concur. I was hit and the guy that hit had his insurance company meet me here to get an estimate. My car was paid off so no middle man here. The insurance agent sat with me in this places office as they went over the damage. They gave the quote to the insurance agent and I ageed. She cut me a check right there. So I went to get my car to leave, the guy that gave the quote starting yelling and cursing at me telling me I had to get the car repaired there. I was like no I don’t give me my keys. the car had basically had cosmetic damage and was older so I had no intention on getting it repaired. i can see this guy intimidating people and they having him do the job.

These guys are annoying. Even with insurance paying the bill they do as little as they can to complete the job. And when you question the completeness of their work they get defensive and suggest that you don’t know what you are talking about. They fixed our door and forgot to plug in the electronics. When it didn’t work after we got the car back they suggested that was the way it was when they got it. After a some back and forth, they changed their story to «I have never heard of a car having this capability.» THEN told us to call the dealership where we bought the car to double check. I’ve owned the car for 3 years… I think i know what the $*#@($% car can do. I am in the customer service business and they could use some serious training. long story short, it took a lot of calls to insurance and Courtesy but it finally got fixed. if you have to go to them just check their work, do your homework on your vehicle, or better yet just go to someone you can trust.
