Boing! Jump Center

I have been here several times before, but today was the first time I went with my daughter. We had a blast! We were there for my son’s friend’s birthday party and were able to do a lot of jumping before and after filling up on pizza and cookie cake. Between the bounce dodge ball or the huge open free bounce area, this place is a really good time AND a great workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something fun to do with the family, blow off some steam or looking for a place to host your kids’ next birthday bash. Staff are very friendly and do a good job ensuring everyone is safe. I’m sure I will be back. Had too much fun not to.

Staff at the front desk is incredible nice and helpful. Smiles are good to be greeted with. Place is clean.
My only issue was that today Seminole county schools are closed and the website says closed. Not sure why but I decided to call anyway to confirm 100% that they really were closed. Turns out they are open today on a Monday but it’s not a holiday as the website says. «Closed on Mondays except for holidays».
Now I’m happy and all because they are open and the place is mostly empty but imagine how much business was lost for those whom also didn’t call to make sure they really were closed when actually open. How much would it really take to learn the counties school schedules and post on a web calendar when their actually open and closed… because this place should be mobbed today. I also wish they had better Groupon deals. How about buy one get one ½ off or something. With three kids this place can get a bit expensive. I need a deal to come here more often.

This is a great place to take your child for fun and exercise. The management and employees were very attentive. My daughter and I had a blast yesterday. We enjoyed playing dodge ball the best :) Thank you!

Nice way to escape the summer heat or rain since the kids tire themselves out thoroughly. The place is clean, staff was friendly and check in was no big deal though I agree that requiring a driver’s license number is a bit unnecessary. A little I the pricy side in my opinion but with the Groupon I’d do it again.

Registration at check in was made easy on a computer. Don’t like that they ask me for my license number. Too much info I think. It’s small, well maintained. You are force to purchase their socks, since they have grip.
The kids loved the jumping experience. They had fun.

The management greeted me with a smile and was courteous and informative. Also the trampolines where of good quality. The building was as clean as it could be even looked quite new. I went there on a Friday night and it wasn’t too busy. The tumble tracks were nice and big. And the charge was $ 12 instead of 14 or 17 like a few other places.
Overall I had a great time it was quite fun and a great place to go. i’m definitely going back.

Poorly managed, they allow teenagers to constantly cut in line in front of the smaller kids. One will hold a spot in line while all their friends jump elsewhere then friends cut in front of everyone that has been waiting patiently in line for their turn once the person holding the spot in line makes it to the front Complained and management made no attempt to fix it. Watched the same group of teens jump at least 7 – 8 times while my son only got on twice in 45 min… I did complain and a very nice and helpful female employee did inform the other ref’s what was going on and try to keep an eye out but honesty they really need a better and more fair system.

Friendly staff, manager is super accommodating, and you get to jump around and exhaust your families energy. Kids, parents, and grandparents can all jump. We try to come frequently. It’s a favorite for birthdays.
My only suggestion is to watch your kids in the dodge ball area. Too much bullying going on and inappropriate name calling. The staff did not correct the kids, but I did. I would of liked to see the staff sit kids down if they curse, or threaten an opponent inappropriately.

Waiver process was easy online. Trampolines were clean and well maintained. Entertainment value for teens is lost very quickly. No need to buy any extended amounts of time. Arcade is a joke. I know arcade video games are a thing of the past and I wasn’t expecting anything new or exciting but over half the games were broken and not turned on. ½ of the games that were on were defective and didn’t operate properly. I am sure finding someone to repair such games is probably difficult, but they should consider just upgrading to video game consoles like Hard Knocks.

One of the worse customer experiences I’ve ever had! Jason at the front desk was rude and sarcastic. No help at all in understanding the process or the confusion we had over the waivers.
Waivers are a big deal to this company so make sure you get them right. We had ours filled out before we got there to save time. We even had the parents of the minors that were in our party call ahead of time for consent. However, when we arrived half of our waivers could not be found in their system! We had to fill them out again there.
All in all this could have been avoided if the front desk people made the waiver process easier to understand in regards to minors attending and they had a better understanding of what customer service means.
I would not recommend this place at all.

**TIP: Fill out the consent/​waiver forms on their website prior to coming** (No worries if you don’t, they have computers in the lobby available for you to read through and sign upon arrival if you are new, or if the one they have is expired.) :)
If I could summarize my experience in one word, it would definitely be FUN!
Boing! Jump Center is a bit tucked away, and looks like a warehouse, but when you get inside, the place is large, clean and has a ton of open space.
I was warmly greeted by the employees in the common area and behind the counter and was provided a good explanation of the specials they were offering, along with the jump rules. I happened to have the required consent and waiver forms completed prior to my visit, so my check in process was quick!
There are a couple of different trampoline areas available and broken out into 3 different sections:
— Free jump (There’s an area for smaller kids sectioned off in this area)
— Dodgeball
— A Super Long area that I’m not sure what it’s for… but it looked super fun!
The employees will provide you with some general guidelines to keep everyone jumping as safe as possible. You know, like don’t jump within 3 feet of another person, and no laying down on the trampolines.
There’s also an arcade section available. How to get access to this area? You purchase a special wristband and you have unlimited play access for that length of time you purchase. No coins or annoying card swiping — super cool!
There’s an open lobby area where they have tv’s set to different channels, and alos monitors so you can sit comfortably to watch your children.
GREAT atmosphere and most importantly, FUN! I’ll be booking my son’s bday party here :)

We just did my daughter’s 9^th birthday here and were extremely pleased. The kids got to use all of the bouncing equipment and got full use of the arcade area for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then we had the party room for 45 minutes. The kids had a wonderful time. The pizza was supplied by an outside vendor and was excellent. It was included as part of the party package. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They even met us at our car, as we arrived, to help us carry in all of our items. Then they helped us decorate the room and helped throughout the party. We would definitely do a party here again, if our kids choose it. My daughter loves to tumble and LOVES BOING! It was one of her favorite places to go!

We went there for a birthday party. The trampolines were great, but there is not an observation area for the parents. Everyone crowds the entrance to the trampolines to view the kids. I found the employees generally were not that friendly or very helpful. The place has potential, but needs help. A good start would be turn on some music and teach the staff some basic customer service skills. Jmho

HORRIFIC!!! Need I say more! This place makes parents feel as their children do not belong to them. I walked in there for a birthday party and after filling out a waiver the counter person interrogated my children as if they had done something wrong .He literally asked me for adoption papers on one of my children and I provided him with my child’s military ID, mines and my husbands and that was not enough after making us feel not wanted he proceeded to lie to my husband and of course went ahead and took the 50 plus dollars for the entire of 4 kids and literally the manager on duty told my cousin who was in charge of the birthday party that if there was gonna be any problems he was gonna call the police. Unreal is the way a active duty military should be treat it. Not !!! 19 years of service 4 wars and lots of freedom to us American I don’t think so. Horrible Orlando is home for me but now I reside in Hawaii what a horrible way to feel that my hometown treated us this way. Never again!!! I much rather take my children to other places other than here. We were warn and did not listen do not make our same mistake???

You must use tremendous amount of patience for the registration and getting your gear process. What Boing neglects to tell you is that you must wear their used ankle braces. I initially protested because the braces stunk and people are supposed to wear them w/​out socks. I asked how hygenic is that and if someone should be concerned about the spread of athletes foot or foot fungus spreading. They said they «spray lysol» after each pair is returned. After I put my nasty, braces on, I waited for the rest of my party to finish registering. They also complained about the braces. What was confusing was that while adults had to wear the braces the smaller children (ages 7 – 11) didn’t because they didn’t have them in their size. Also there are no lockers to keep your valuables. They don’t want you to have anything in your pockets including keys and phone but they don’t offer a safe place for your stuff. They offer to keep it in a cubby behind the counter but have a sign right next to it that states that they are not responsible for items that go missing. What the!!! It is a neat concept and could be a booming business but this specific place is inefficient, lacks customer service skills and aren’t maximizing their potential. If you have TONS of patience and TONS of tolerance and TONS of extra time to go through the process before actually having fun bouncing… then this place is for you. But its not a place for me!

My boyfriend and I like this place alot! My only complaint is that the place smells like dirty feet! You dont wear special shoes like rebounderz or airheads. They give you foot wraps-​GROSS! They reek!!! You can buy their «approved» socks for $ 1.60 and wear them under the foot wraps, which is what we did.
I gave it 4 stars because the trampolines are good quality and there is a bunch of jumping space! We went with a big group and had a great time!

This place has a ton of potential. The arena is big and lots of room compared to its Airheads and Rebounderz counterparts. The only issues is the ridiculous amount of rules. The «refs» tend to get on people if they stop jumping even for a second or two to tie their shoe. Now if this were when all the trampolines were full id understand but I have noticed this multiple times when there are only 3 or 4 people in the whole place. The people here need to relax. Also, the foot wraps are gross. You are not allowed to wear socks under the wraps and have to jump on your bare feet (another rule). The wraps seem to be simply sprayed and placed back in the communal box, so to speak. Loosen up and let people have some fun and I think this place really could be great!

Fun place to bounce around. There are three trampolines: one big one about ½ the size of a football field, one ½ that size for dodge ball and one that is like a runway where you jump into balls. There is a small arcade in the front, wireless and nice flat screen TVs.
Our first impressions of the place were ok and glad we had a Group-​on. However, the Group-​on was not described well and we had to pay additional for my other child. We were disappointed and not expecting to pay when we got there. One of the managers gave us ½ off for the confusion which was nice.
Any child under 48″ is required to wear a helmet… well that didn’t go over very well with my 7 year old. He sat out for nearly 20 minutes while his 8 year old brother had fun. Later on we moved over to a different trampoline where another manager was watching over the trampoline. Since he was the manager and the place was not nearly as busy… he decided to allow my youngest to play on a small area without the helmet.
I was impressed with how nice the staff were and how important safety is to this place. They had a staff member on each of the trampolines.
You pay $ 12 per hour for each hour and yes they do keep track of the hours.
