We are known for our unique and innovative approach to One to One tutoring, which is provided at a reasonable price and at our clean and organized facility in Oviedo. The Tutoring Center, Oviedo serves the Oviedo/​Winter Springs and East Orlando areas.

The Tutoring Center is known for increasing academics quickly by improving attention, concentration, and time management skills in students from K-​12^th grade. Our positive reinforcement system helps make tutoring fun, so students like coming to our Center!

History

Established in 2012.

The Tutoring Center in Oviedo was founded by Dr. Ancona («Dr. A») who has resided in the Oviedo/​East Orlando area for over 8 years. Dr. A is a former certified teacher and started his career teaching for the Volusia County School District.

Dr. A also attended Pharmacy School and attained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Dr. A specialized in Nuclear Pharmacy and upon graduation worked as a Nuclear Pharmacist, Pharmacist, and Educator. He continued teaching throughout his career having experience at the Middle School, High School, College, and University levels.

Dr. A opened The Tutoring Center, Oviedo through the desire to help children in the Oviedo/​Orlando area by using the proven Rotational Approach to Learning. With his background in both Pharmacy and Education, Dr. A is able to bring an unique and fresh approach to helping children with their tutoring needs as well as providing consultation to parents on how to deal with underperforming students.

Throughout all of those years as a Pharmacist, Professor, and Teacher, my wife and I saw children, due to a variety of medical, cognitive, and motivational reasons, who struggled in school. We want to provide the families of East Orlando and Oviedo with the proper one to one tutoring support through the use of The Rotational Approach to Learning. This will help to enable students from many different learning levels, to become successful and to even excel in school. Parents’ concern for their children’s education made us realize the importance of after school learning. We expect The Tutoring Center’s proven one-​to-​one approach will make it easier for children to become life long learners
