Description

Specialties

Andolini’s is the Brainchild of World Pizza Champion Mike Bausch. It was started in 2004 by Jim and Mike Bausch with the intention of bringing a fun and high end pizza to the small town of Owasso. Since then it has exploded into becoming the premier destination for pizza in Tulsa.

With a second site on Cherry street, Andolini’s is the first owasso business to expand out of the city limits in an environment that saw several businesses close.

This was accomplished by creating several new takes on pizza, the base style of a New York Pizzeria, the inventiveness of California styles, with the non pretentiousness of Oklahoma.

Along with the pizzas, all the pastas and salads are made to order from base ingredients. When many restaurants used the down economy as an excuse to cut corners, Andolini’s focused on doing things from scratch to stay fresh and different.

History
