History

Established in 2010.

Digital Doc was founded in July of 2010. After growing steadily over the past 2.5 years, Digital Doc LLC decided to begin franchising their business concept and therefore Digital Doc Franchising LLC was formed in December 2012. Digital Doc in Owensboro was the Company’s first location and continues steady growth today. We have an amazing customer base that continuously refers new customers to us every day. These referrals are the best compliment we can recieve as a company as it lets us know we are doing our job. You are intrusting us with your life. Everyone has so much on their Smart Phones today that we handle these devices and the data on them as if it were our own. Have taken several of the family phones here. Always happy with the service. They are very honest; if they can’t fix it, they won’t try to cheat you by charging you for an unnecessary service or part.
I had the front face of my iPhone replaced once; just a few hours and done. I’ve gone to them twice & had my battery changed (I’m killer on them).
My brother’s iPhone kept blacking out on him. They couldn’t fix it, didn’t charge him for anything, but gave him a helpful hint (he didn’t know about the hard reset). That got him through until he got a new phone.
My husband’s kept «forgetting» it had a SIM card. They were very helpful with him & when everything they tried didn’t work, he got another phone and case through them for a very good price.
The latest, our poor old IPad gave up the ghost. Instead of having me bring it in, they were honest that parts would be 99% impossible to get and more expensive than what it was worth. Sadly, they didn’t have any available for me to buy. But when I asked who else was a reliable seller, they quickly gave me suggestions. The new iPad got here today :-)
Very very very happy with Digital Doc and will continue to use them whenever I have technological difficulties in the future.
