Pizz A Roma

Food used to be good but feel they have over extended themselves with a 3^rd restaurant. Delivery terrible. Man who delivered my food was rude.

Ordered an 18 inch cheese pizza. Delivered promptly. But to be honest, I’d rather have DiGiorno. The crust is just bad. The texture is hard like cardboard.
Me no likey!

Never got to eat here because when we showed up with a group of 15 and they acted like they didn’t want our business. They kept telling us we would have to wait if we wanted to get seated. We even offered to split up and they still acted like they were annoyed by us and told us we would have to wait. We left and went to 54 pizza express which was great and only 2 min away.

The pizza is good.
I love the dirty bread.
Price is a little high compared the the chains (little ceasars, pizza hut, papa johns) but you can sit down and enjoy your family or the big screen TV.
I was last here a year ago and because of the service I won’t be back.
I guess the family and I ended up at 1 of the pizza roma locations about once a month. Service was always spotty. It would be good one visit and poor the next.
During my last visit our waitress spent the vast majority of the time sitting in a booth talking to what appeared to be her boyfriend. The rest of the staff (teenagers) had half a dozen of their closest friends in the kitchen and from the noise it was obvious they were having a much better time than we were. But what really surprised me was the fact the owner sat in the Dining room the whole time talking politics with a friend. There were three tables occupied in the whole restaurant and (1 by waitress and BF, 1 by owner and friend, 1 by us) and I had to wait for my order to be taken, wait forever for my food, wait for drink refills, and wait for my check.
I wrote on my CC slip I wouldn’t be back and I haven’t been.
I would give the food a 3 or 3.5 but if you go here I suggest calling in a to go order.
