We specialize in residential and land appraisals in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky. We also serve Henderson, Hancock, Ohio, Hopkins and McLean Counties. We provide appraisals for mortgage finance transactions, as well as divorce settlement, market value estimate purposes, tax settlement purposes and inheritance purposes.

History

Established in 2008.

Ryan began working with his appraiser dad as soon as he could hold the other end of the tape! After college, he worked in real estate sales and in 2005 officially began his career training as a real estate appraiser. Certified in 2007, Ryan moved to Owensboro, Kentucky and formed Riverfront Appraisals, now a successful, full-​service appraisal company.
