I walk in on a Tuesday mid day, 3 gentle in the store. One on his phone sitting down (may not be an employee), 2 behind the counter (I’m assuming are employees). 1 of which is stuffing his face with food. Nobody says «hey thanks for visiting, what can I help you out with today». No guidance or help at all. Maybe they are all anti social? What do i know? But kind of funny you don’t have personable, friendly people working at a cigar shop. Isn’t that what it’s all about?!
I walk into the humidor. I’m probably there for a good 5 minutes, nobody comes in to ask if i need help! Unbelievable.
Small selection of Padrons (my fav), only 3.
I walked out w/​o saying a word, nor did they. Terrible service. I’ll be going to Davidus in Reisterstown. It’s a shame because I’m a newbie to the cigar world and could have found a great spot next to my work where they would have had my business for life. Their lost…

If you want a true premium tobacco shop with staff that knows their business in both pipes and cigars, this is the place to go. Don’t come here looking for cheap cigarettes though, they are purely about the love of the tobacco hobby.

Stopped in here to get a pipe for a Chritmas gift. The gentleman working there was very knowledgable and not pushy at all.
