Owosso, MI
Trying to locate repair parts for an oven, bought here 3 years ago, was a major project. Apparently parts number had changed, and there was some extra work involved to locate prices. The lady at the counter tried to help, came to a dead end. At that point the manager gave me a number to call, then went into his office and SHUT THE DOOR while I used my cell to deal with the problem on my own. Absolutely unacceptable.
They have definitely alienated this customer. I suggest you shop elsewhere.
