Would give 0 stars if possible. Office manager and billing person are very rude and incompetent. Doctor gives limited information. They expect you to pre pay for test and don’t contact your insurance company to find out if test are covered. After speaking with blue cross, I found they were supposed to contact them first to see if test are covered. In my case test were all covered except $ 5.00, but I had to pay a payment that day for over $ 100 and they haven’t returned my over payment.
