In our shop you will find a great mix of unique gift ideas for every equine enthusiast. We offer jewelry by Kabana, Jenuinly Jeni, & Zarah to name a few, plus we have some custom pieces hand beaded to our specifications. We have gifts by Wish Pets, Arthur Court, Epona, Life Shades and others as well as original artwork by Besty MacDonald and prints from various artists.

We currently cater to Dressage, Hunter/​Jumper, trail and pleasure riders, but we hope to stock some necessities for our Western riders in the future.

We are a full service tack shop offering monograming, engraving, clipper sharpening, tack repair, blanket cleaning and repair. Our gift registry makes gift buying a convenient and pleasant experience when its necessary for others to buy Christmas gifts or reward you on your special occasion.

We will happily special order any items we don’t currently have stocked, and we can ship to any US state.

History

Established in 2008.

Equine Essentials opened in June of 2008 in order to create a comfortable, welcoming place for members of our equestrian community. In our store you will find a wide variety of English tack, riding and casual apparel for both adults and children, as well as unique gifts, fine art and jewelry.

Owners Dee O’Hearn and Lynn Pedersen will always be available to answer your questions, speak with you about special requests, and mostly to make you feel welcomed and appreciated.
