Kevin W. Frye, PLLC is a full-​service litigation practice which has represented clients in both criminal and civil matters throughout Mississippi since 2007. The firm is proud to be located in Oxford’s downtown business district in the Tyler-​Inmon Building.

In 2013, Kevin was recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Mississippi in the practice area of Criminal Defense Law and named one of Mississippi’s Top 40 Under 40 attorneys in the practice area of Litigation by the American Society of Legal Advocates. He was recognized as «Young Professional of the Year» by the Young Professionals of Oxford in 2010, and has been voted «Oxford’s Favorite Attorney» by The Local Voice newspaper every year since 2009.

Kevin lives in Oxford, Mississippi, with his wife Ashley, their three great danes and one fearless cat. He attends St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, where he has taught Sunday School and participated in the church choir. Kevin taught at the University of Mississippi School of Law as an Adjunct Professor for a period of five years and assisted his wife in coaching the University of Mississippi Women’s Club Lacrosse team from 2012 – 14.

Kevin currently serves on Oxford’s Downtown Parking Advisory Commission, is Vice President of the Board of Directors of Theatre Oxford and is a member of The Lamar Order at the University of Mississippi School of Law. He has served the community as a member of Oxford’s Historic Preservation Commission, a member of Oxford’s Alcohol Task Force, as President of the Board of Directors of Young Professionals of Oxford and as a member of the Paralegal Advisory Board for Northwest Mississippi Community College.
