This business was started as a vw repair facility and then specialized in import cars. Overtime we became Ohio licensed emission repair facility. This brought us into the domestic car repair. We also started a Quicklube service to facilitate the most frequent maintenance. We then procured one of the first fourwheel alignment machines in the tristate. I just came in this morning for a noise in my car that has been driving me nuts. Andy was nice enough to take the time out of his day (about 30 minutes) to take a ride with me and answer my numerous questions, when we got back, he told me have a nice day and didn’t even charge me!
Don’t expect to come here and get free work, but my point is, Andy is very nice and knowledgable, and I’m sure the guys in his shop are too. This was my first time here, but I’ll be back with any future issues. Thanks, Andy!

Always satisfied here. Gretchen and Jay are professional and friendly, they never try to upsell me or come up with stuff for me to spend money on. My wife has taken the car in too and never felt condescended to or any of the stories you hear about women and car shops. I would recommend this shop without question.

As a woman, going in to a garage to have work done on a vehicle can be challenging. I got hit with the MOST condescending attitude here, the minute I walked in the door and began speaking with the head mechanic. It got no better the next day, as we talked through some issues my car was having. I ended up leaving, it was THAT bad. I will drive to Cincinnati rather than have any work done here.
