The 5 Twelve provides modern comfort in an historic home located withing walking distance to both the Olé Miss campus and the Oxford Square. We provide our guest with a daily breakfast and friendly service.

The 5 Twelve is also an excellent location for events. Our large downstairs rooms are perfect for parties, showers, meetings and other events.

History

Established in 2008.

The 5 Twelve was built in 1905. Dr. William S. Guyton used the Greek Revival House for his Eye Clinic in the 1920’s. It remained a clinic until 1982, when it was sold and became known as The Oliver– Britt House & Tea Room. The house underwent renovations in 2008, and continues to have the charm and character of the south with modern conveniences and contemporary furnishings. This house has hosted visitors from around the world and it would please us to have you add your name to our guest registry in the lobby.
