The Old Ice Factory

I have been here at least 5 times with friends and family. Every time we walked in the customer service wasnt good. The staff never says hi and most of them cant even smile at customers. They always act like theyre so busy and leave customers standing there waiting for service. What bothers me the most is when the staff stares at you when you are looking at the flavors trying to decide what you want, its like a awkward silence because they arent friendly and i get a bad vibe every time i go here. Another thing i feel like certain staff members make prices up. One day my ice cream came to $ 3, i went back a few days later and the total was almost $ 9 for 2 people. I wont be coming here anymore

Best ice cream in town! I can’t wait for them to open up for the season! Unique flavors my favs are nutella and toasted coconut. Great service!!!
