History
Established in 2015.
First thought up in April of 2015, four months later we launched at a special event at the Powerhouse in Oxford, MS and began normal service less than a month later. Our specialty is in our ability to fill the holes in the market where they exist. In the constantly growing town of Oxford, we look to provide a casual pleasant taco experience for those looking for something convenient and tasty when you don’t have a lot of time.

Hi! My name is Jake Sessums and I am the owner of the YoknapaTaco food truck in Oxford, MS. I started YoknapaTaco because I saw a need in the community for a mobile food option. With Oxford expanding the way it is, mobile food is a way that we as a town can keep up with the growing demand for new and exciting food options. Hope to see you out there!
