Our family in Ventura has been using Absolute Plumbing now for a few years. Over that time, Jonathon has been to our house at least five times to fix several plumbing issues we’ve had. The last time he was here he showed me a gas leak with my water heater that I had suspected in the past but didn’t know actually existed for sure and had dismissed it sometime ago. We called Jonathan to come check out our sewer lines as we had had numerous problems with our sinks and showers backing up. Other plumbers before him only managed to solve the problem temporarily and the problem would soon come back a short time later.
He got to our house on time as he had promised and immediately got to work. He performed a camera inspection and walked us through step by step on what he saw and what the problem was. Turns out the majority of our sewer lines were too corroded and the best long-​term solution was to replace the segment of original pipe.

Listen People, I can write you the usual «This Business is Great» notes. But the truth is that Jonathon and his crew are THE MOST HONEST, RELIABLE & UNDERSTANDING plumbing service i have ever dealt with. And believe me, I have had quite a few of them in the past.
I had a gushing hole in my pipe under my home and Jonathon came from T.O. to Oxnard within an hour and crawled under my home at 8pm to repair my damaged pipe. Never complained or added extra money for the service. He explained to me what was wrong, what he had to do and repaired it. The price was very very reasonable for that type of job.

Incredibly responsive. Incredible service. Incredibly reliable. Fantastic work. Excellent communication. Jonathan goes the extra mile like no service provider I’ve ever engaged. Hired him for a major repair job that took 3 days. He and his partner worked their tails off. On one of the days they worked nearly 14 hours trying to fix our problem. On the third day he was at our house before sun up to complete the job (after having worked the 14 hours the day before). He will definitely be getting all my future plumbing business. Amazing!

I have had the same plumbing problem worked on by two other plumbers, but they only masked the solution. Johnathan brought all his tools and used his camera to show me the problemed pipe and results of his work. He has the knowledge, tools, and can do attitude to get the job done. We JUST bought a home and didn’t check the plumbing as thoroughly as we should have (I’ve since been educated by Jonathan). We discovered that we had a broken main line that required us to dig up the concrete (slab foundation). My realtor recommended Jonathan’s company and he was over the same day to inspect it. He ran a camera and discovered the breakage. In a single day, he broke the concrete, dug out and replaced the pipe and poured new concrete. My house was also designed without clean-​outs so he installed one of those as well. He ran the camera again to show me the before and after results on DVD. He also understood the financial constraints I was in having just purchased the home so he helped me out a bit. REALLY solid guy.
The next month, I had him over to hyrdo-​jet all the sewage lines since. Since it’s a 50 year old house, there was a lot of build up in all the pipes. He gave me another DVD after his work. All the pipes are as clean as can be.
The DVDs really help so you can actually SEE what he does, you’re not just taking his word for it.
