I have been impressed over and over again by the management team at DCH Lexus of Oxnard. In particular the general managers of Dennis and Hymie have always successfully made the experience of car buying a time (and money) saving process.
Frisco Robles, has always made the «after the sale» customer service aspect a wonderful experience. No wonder he was awarded the DCH Lexus of Oxnard salesman of the year.

I don’t think there are enough words to describe how wonderful of an experience I have had at Lexus of Oxnard. Antonio Cruz was the first one to greet me when I walked onto the lot and he helped me find the most perfect car. He not only was so helpful and knowledgeable he genuinely cared about finding me exactly what I was looking for. I also got the pleasure of working with his manager Jaime Torres, they literally are the dream team! With both of their help I got exactly what I was looking for and more. I have been taking my car to this Lexus Dealership for service since 2007. This truly is a five star business when it comes to customer service. I had relied on Ross until this last year when he retired. I wasn’t sure how things would work out without Ross there because I had been treated as if I owned the place. And I was not disappointed: The minute I drove in, there would be someone there immediately taking care of me, from going over the service needs to assigning me a loaner car. The prices here are not cheap, but I don’t mind paying for such great customer service and work. I have decided to buy my next car here.

Puchased a new car last week. Antonio Cruz was awesome. Very friendly and thorough. His manager, Jaime Torres was very fast and quick. There was no unnecessary haggling back and forth. Bottom line, we left the dealer with a new car with a smile on our faces. Whether it was a deal of a lifetime or not, we left there feeling elated because of the excellent and friendly service.
Will definitely be back and will definitely go to Antonio again, should we ever could afford another awesome car.

My experience in purchasing my 2011 Certified Pre-​Owned Lexus ES 350 from DCH Lexus was fantastic! Antonio Cruz was very helpful with the purchase, and Mark V. was thorough and expeditious with the finance paper work. This Dealer is customer focus!

Terrible treatment and service. I have a 2000 LS400 that had a problem with the power steering wheel. The in and out stopped working, but the tilt worked fine. Less than a year after an approx. $ 1000 repair, the horn is intermittent and when the wheel moves in, it sounds as though its dragging on something, as if its broken.
The one service writer was pleasant enough, but a second writer went out of his way to criticize the car as «having a lot of dents and scratches all over.» As of Oct ’15, the car has 62K and is still one of the cleanest in town. The loaner I was given was actually the dirtiest car in town.
I thought dealer service would be more professional, but this dealer wasn’t. I now take both Lexus cars to an independent, and get good treatment and service. DCH was a waste of time and money.

If you’re looking for the lowest prices car, one here and dwal with Tom in Internet Sales. He will beat any price. After looking and dealing with many dealerships, Tom gave the best quote and went above and beyond to aasure our satisfaction. He even stayed late as well as the rest of the staff to close the deal which went well past 10 pm.
The dealership is clean and offered complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge. Was told that they offered complimentary manicures on Wednesdays if your car is serviced. Definitely will take advantage of that.

Just bought my first Lexus from Joel Castro @ DCH Lexus of Oxnard. Excellent salesman, got me the car at the price I wanted! Make sure to ask for him.

I had been looking to purchase a newer vehicle for about 2 years. I would always go online and look at cars listed for sale to get an idea of what kind of car I wanted, what the prices were and to do research on kbb. Recently my current vehicle started giving me some trouble, which didn’t surprise me considering it is a 1998 Mazda 626, so I started browsing online more frequently than ever before.
On Saturday 5÷16÷15, I saw an ad posted online for a certified 2013 Mazda3. It immediately sparked my attention, so I applied online that day for an auto loan through my credit union. I sent the link to my boyfriend and he was surprised at what the asking sale price was, and told me we would discuss it that night when he got home. Later that night we looked at the ad again and the price was lowered some more, I couldn’t believe it! We planned on going the next day (5÷17÷15) to DCH Lexus to look at the car in person. Was this car too good to be true?
That Sunday afternoon we drove over to check the car out. After inspecting the car ourselves we were greeted by JD Lynton and told him we would like to test drive the car. He was happy to grab the keys for us and joined us for the drive. Very friendly and laid back attitude, not pushy at all. I loved the car, it was clean, certified and had extremely low mileage. I was so confident in this car that I put a refundable deposit down for the dealership to hold the car for me. JD pulled the car off the front lot and took the ad off the Internet as well. I was waiting to hear from the bank about the loan so we were going to come back Monday evening.
Both my boyfriend and I had to work until 6 Monday, and JD was off at 3:30 but told us he could meet us anytime we wanted to come in to get the car. A family event came up so JD let us know that he wasn’t going to be able to make it after all but his associate Steven Mortensen would take care of us. We came in that night at 7, test drove the car again, talked about the price and car. Steven was very patient and helpful answering any questions I had.
Finally we agreed on a price and headed in to do the paperwork.
Jaime Torres took over for the financial portion of the paperwork. He went over each form explaining what it was for, which was nice because this was a first time experience for me. He answered all my questions that I had thoroughly. He discussed all my financing options with me and made me feel confident in my purchase.
On Monday 5÷18÷15 at 10 pm, I drove off the lot with my new vehicle! My first time buying experience went so smoothly it amazes me. And as for the car, I couldn’t be any happier, every time I get in to drive it, I can’t help but smile! Thank you DCH Lexus team for making this experience the best!

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Dennis and his team were over-​the-​top helpful. I knew the car that I wanted before I even walked into the dealership. I really did not want to haggle on the price and terms and spend lots of time negotiating back-​and-​forth. The sales team here made everything so seamless and we did everything over the phone in under 45 minutes so I knew exactly what options were available to me and what my monthly payment would be before I even walked into the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership they had a couple of cars with different interior and options for me to test drive, and once I made my choice the paperwork was seamless. I did not get any high pressure sales tactics and the finance manager did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need.
I walked out of there feeling great about the car I bought, the monthly payment was comfortable for me, and the whole transaction took less than an hour and a half. The customer service was great and I now have a new outlook on the car buying experience. I will definitely send friends and family to work with Dennis and his team here.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had.
I took the vehicle home that same evening when I came to look at the vehicle. At the same time, I traded in my vehicle which they gladly accepted with my purchase. While signing the documents, I asked if the financing was fine before I took possession of the vehicle. They assured me everything is fine.
A week later, I starred getting credit alerts that someone was pulling my credit reports. I looked at my credit reports and found out that several credit unions and financing companies pulled my credit. I called Sam Masri (Finance Manager) and asked why they were pulling my credit. He informed me that they were shopping my loan around and not to worry.
Another week later, I haven’t heard anything from the dealership so I thought everything was fine with the financing. A day later, I received a certified letter from the dealership informing me that I need to return the car because the financing was not approved. I emailed Sam and asked him if I need to return the car. He informed me that they were still working on the financing. A few days later, I get more credit alerts and found out 5 more financing companies pulled my credit report. At this point, it was upsetting to me that there has been 10 credit inquires since I originally took possession of the vehicle so I gave Sam an ultimatum to get the financing done or I would return the vehicle and get my down payment and trade-​in back.
Almost two weeks later, the financing was still not complete. I emailed Sam and he informed me that his General Manager was making arrangements with Lexus Financial to get the financing done.
Another week has passed and I haven’t heard anything about the financing. I sent Sam several emails asking for a status but received no responses from him.
Shortly after, I received the registration for the vehicle in the mail. I noticed on the registration that the lien holder was Lexus Financial so I called them to verify if the financing was complete. To my joy, the financing was completed. There was no notification from the dealership that it was a done deal. You would think with all of the issues I had, they would at least notify me.
Sadly my troubles didn’t end here. There was a difference in the trade-​in amount on the contract and the financed value. Since the financing took over a month to get done, I had to make an additional payment on my trade-​in because it has not been paid off yet. I contacted Sam via email to inquiry about the difference. I never received an response from him. Over the next 4 days, I left him several voicemails and emails but I didn’t get one response from Sam. I assumed Sam was on vacation since he hasn’t returned my phone calls or emails.
I decided to leave a review on the dealer review website about my issue. The very next day, I received a phone call from Mark (The other Finance Guy). He said, he called on behalf of his General Manager who saw my review. I explained to Mark about difference and he said he will take care of it for me ASAP and send out a check. I asked Mark if Sam was on vacation because he hasn’t returned any my voicemails and emails. Mark said, he spoke to Sam before he called me and asked him if he contacted me. Sam replied by saying he left several messages for me which was a lie ! Not once did Sam call me during this time. He basically ignored my voicemails and emails.
This is the reason why I will not be returning to this dealership in the future or nor will be recommending this dealership to family or friends. To treat their customers in a dishonest way is unacceptable and ignoring them is worst.
I don’t know how they can have a person like Sam Masri in charge of financing when he has no sense of customer service and at the same time is dishonest.
