Solid 4 stars for the Asada tacos I just grubbed. The flavors worked and the tortillas where nice and soft and had that homemade flavor. If your in the need and see this taco truck you will be pleasantly surprised. My only recommendation would be for them to add on the salsa/onion ect instead of leaving it to the customer. People are already hesitant to go to a taco truck and we have no idea the person ahead of us getting into all the toppings… Would be more peace of mind if you control that final step just like the majority of other spots do.

Handmade tortillas! The chicken and asada tacos were delicious!$ 1.75 each can’t go wrong with that! Food truck is usually there in the evenings.

Really bomb tacos! Tortillas hechas a mano(hand made tortillas) really good! Totally recommend this taco truck!

I’ve only had the Carne Asada and Al Pastor burritos, but I can honestly say they were some of the tastiest burritos I’ve had in Oxnard(which is saying a lot). They are easily on par with Tapatio and Burrito Express which are just south of Dos Hermanos on Ventura Blvd. All three salsas are fantastic, with the hot sauce being especially serious. $ 6.50(+.50 cheese) is pretty solid for a burrito considering how huge they are.

I’m not gonna claim to be an expert foodie when it comes to Mexican food or Tacos. Shoot, I’m not gonna claim to be an expert on anything. But, I have a good knowledge, a world wide knowledge, and experience of street food. And these guys(and gals) have it. Small, concise tacos, full of flavor. Sauces that are both full and fiery. Never mind the location might be construed as rough(it’s not. really). Never mind it’s a trailer. Never mind the crowd might be eclectic. And not eclectic as «Hollywood» eclectic. Never mind the detractors your delicate senses might warn you about. 1.75 for a little taco that’s full of toe curling, hunger quenching good taste. Standards to locals, include tripe, brains, and all the parts the sensible might be ‘afraid to eat’ from a ‘trailer’. You shouldn’t fret it dear Unilocaler. Standing room only, minimal stuff with it: eat up. Worth the stop in 3 different ways!
