One day my friend and I decided we were going into real estate, but where to start? I was very concerned about finding a legitimate online course, but after much searching I located EP Real Estate school. I thought the program was outstanding. It was clear, easy to get through, and the customer service was great. Between the online class and the extra study materials, I do not believe I would have passed the test if I had trained through somewhere else. I highly, highly recommend this school if you’re thinking about making the move into real estate.

I had such an awesome experience with Executive Program! From the start they were informative and encouraging. I was nervous about diving in to a new profession like real estate, but now after completing the real estate program and passing my exam I feel confident moving forward. I was given all I needed to prepare for the exam. If you are serious about getting your real estate license, I highly recommend! After you finish the courses, invest in getting the test prep program and study the practice tests.

I’ve been attending Executive Programs for the past year and everyone on staff has been very helpful and informative. Regina in particular, has been very knowledgable and has always found an answer to any questions that I have had. Their online classes are very convenient and easy to navigate thru. You can even have access to it on your phone. Which makes learning on the go, at ease. I already have my Real Estate class certification, my last step is passing state board. I’m sure I’ll be licensed sometime soon, thanks to the awesome staff. If you are looking for an accredited Real Estate school, Executive Programs is the place for you.

I’m back on Unilocal and writing another review on here because I can’t leave out Marci Munding! She’s been such a wonderful help. Whenever I had questions, she was always there to answer it. Her tone of voice brings me positive energy! If anyone has ever spoken with Marci you can actually sense and feel her smiling through the phone as she’s talking to you! If she was ever annoyed by the 1000 times I’ve called, it never showed! It took me a lot longer than it should have to take the state exam because I wasn’t sure if I was ready. I took it, I passed, and now happily working with a wonderful team at Keller Williams. Thanks for everything Marci! It’s just like Art Williams said in his speech, «JUST DO IT». Now it’s time for me to go onto my next journey and adventure! =)

I was referred to Executive Programs by a broker I was working with while I worked towards completing the required pre-​exam classes. I got in contact with Stephanie, who was always very professional. Unfortunately, she became very preoccupied half way into my studying and couldn’t reply to my inquiries. That is when I started conversing with Regina, who helped me the last half of studying and prepping.
Overall, the program is excellent. There are a few things to note for future students:
* You will not receive your certificate of completion until you pay the classes in full. If you established a payment plan, you either need to complete the payment plan or pay the remaining payments in full. It is disclosed in the information packet you receive when you sign up, so please be sure to review this clause.
* Studying the practice exam questions and slide shows are your LIFE SAVER. They will be the reason you pass on your first try, if you work hard enough and actually invest time into studying.
I highly recommend this company. If it wasn’t for their slide shows and test prep, I don’t think I would have passed the state exam on my first try. :)

I was very impressed with the material provided to me by Executive Programs. It was all incredibly helpful and repetitive, which helped me memorize all the material! I felt very well prepared for my exam and I passed! I even recommended one of my friends to this program (hopefully she followed through and singed up!) Of course, I couldn’t have done it without all the assistance from Lisa Raines and Marci Munding! From the begining, initially signing up and anytime I needed help (even after all the time it took me too study), they always were very happy to help and very informative. I never met them in person but I can only imagine they must light up their office with their presence! It was a pleasure and I will always appreciate all of your help ladies, Thank you so much!!!

Executive Programs Real Estate School helped me get threw the required courses fast, if your thinking about getting your real estate license make sure you don’t spend a lot of time on these 3 courses, take the test ASAP and focus on materials that help you pass the Exam Specifically… i just pass my sales exam on my first try i“m 19 years old and i find it funny how these grown ups find this to be a challenge

This Program is perfect for individuals that want to work at their own pace and can learn themselves! Your Mentor makes it so easy to complete all requirements to take the exam in a timely fashion.
My mentor, Lisa Raines, was more than helpful. She checked in with me periodically to keep me on track! Perfect for me and anyone really, it’s so easy to get caught up in doing other things. She made sure I thoroughly understood each step of the way and helped me with any questions I had. Also, she was very responsive to my emails and/​or phone calls. She cares about her clients and wants you to succeed!

Hello My name is Leila Alvarado. I was first introduced to Executive Programs Real Estate School through Keller Williams in Chico California, they highly recommended the school, but the office broker highly recommended Stephanie I. Delgado. I called and asked for Stephanie and she has been nothing but helpful from day one. I started in June and I am scheduled for my state exam in Oct of this year. Again I highly recommend this school they are nothing but professional and courteous in every way.
