Kat Lessin – Life by My Design

I recently made a huge shift in my life path. I have a completely new field of focus and find myself in the very infant stages of an entrepreneurial journey. I am hard worker and focus well but was having a hard time gaining momentum behind everything I am trying to build.
I cannot imagine a better ally on my journey than Kat. I did an exploratory session with her last week and it completely shifted the way that I understand myself and my work. She is incredibly insightful and exceptionally good at what she does. Kat listened to my whole story, only briefly interjecting to pose pointed questions to guide the direction and get me to consider issues in a way I previously had not.
She immediately honed in on several of my creative blocks. She asks questions that prompted me to consider aspects of my work and work habits that I did not belief to be highly significant but proved to be crucial to my success. We made a plan for me to take a few key steps that acted like a lead domino to set my success in motion. Since her session I have been brimming with positive and productive energy and habits. I have had my most productive week in memory.
I am amazed at how well Kat understood me and my goals after only one free exploratory session. I highly recommend her as a coach and cannot wait for my continued work with her.

So it has definitely taken me awhile to accept that I would need help organizing my life and when I finally accepted it, I went to see Kat. I didn’t’ really know what to expect with Kat or a life coach in general so I was a little skeptical. I was very happy that she offered the first hour session for free because although I chose to continue my organization on my own, I felt like I got so much great direction from Kat.
Let me go through the consult a little– she was very good at asking key questions that dug deep and made me think through my answers. When I answered something a certain way or said something she felt would bring out more, she would focus on it. It was almost like it unlocked a new door and she would explore that avenue for awhile– which made me realize things I had not known or really thought about. Day to day life is very fast and I don’t think we stop to think about what we are doing often. I felt i had always been organized and had a great work life balance, but after talking to Kat, I realized all the little ways I could really help my mind come to a resting point in the middle of my day while still being productive. In fact, I became more productive when I rewarded myself or set time limits.
In the time we had together, she took notes diligently and kept unlocking more and more. In the end I felt even though she did not give me specific answers, she helped me unlock my own answers. Things that I could easily implement into my life without it taking over or being overwhelming.
Overall, I would highly recommend seeing Kat if you’re feeling stuck or are not quite getting something out of your day to day. I’m an entrepreneur and I felt she spoke very well to it. She also has a tendency to understand on a deeper level which helps with the advice she gives.
The consult is a great way to start! I feel I will go back one day to get more out of our session.

After listening to my general lifestyle and asking some great questions she was able to map out some new ways to run the ins and outs of my week to afford the time and money to work towards all the things I day dream about, as well as how to maximize my creativity and productivity. This was only the first meeting. I can’t wait to keep going. You won’t realize how much you can use Kat’s talents until you meet with her. All it takes is one time! Try her, she is made of Awesome!
